Delivery and Pullout Rates Outside General Luna:
- Delivery to Airport: ₱500
- Pullout from Airport: ₱500
- Delivery to Dapa Port: ₱500
- Pullout from Dapa Port: ₱500
Booking Requirements
- All passengers must have valid travel documents (passport, ID, and visas if applicable) ready before boarding.
- A copy of the vehicle registration and the key will be provided upon delivery and return of the car.
- Please present your driver’s license at the time of delivery/pick-up.
- The operator will hold your ID or passport as a security deposit and will return it once everything is in order.
- In the event of damage or loss of the scooter, the operator and the customer will discuss and agree on the best resolution.
- Delivery service operates from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- A security deposit of PHP 2,000 is required and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
Additional Information
- Guests are required to follow all traffic rules and local regulations. The operator is not liable for any accidents, damages, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
- Pick-up and drop-off locations must be confirmed upon booking or at least 24 hours before delivery. Any changes to the location must be communicated at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.
- The car must be returned to the agreed pick-up/drop-off location only and should not be left elsewhere.
